Ledgent is currently seeking an Accounting Operations Specialist.  Our client is a growing organization that is looking for an immediately available candidate to help them reach their business goals.   The Accounting Operations Specialist will be reconciling accounts and inventory, working within Excel, and partnering with the operations team.   This is a temporary to full time opportunity and is based in the Maitland/Altamonte Springs area. 

Job Duties Include:

  • Data entry into Excel
  • Reconciliation of Inventory and accounts
  • Accounts Payable
  • Working within the company ERP software 

  • 1 or more year of experience in Accounting 
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and ERP software is experience is a huge plus!
  • Degree in accounting/finance is a bonus but not required
  • 1+ year of inventory or reconciliation experience
  • Must be comfortable working closely with a team!
