Job Description

We are in search of a Payroll Coordinator in the Downtown Atlanta area. 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Processing bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for 2,000+ FTE
  • Ensuring payroll is approved on time and by assigned date
  • Professionally communicate with internal employees if any issues occur
  • Accurately maintain files in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
 
Qualified applicants will have:
  • Minimum 2-6 years' experience processing payroll through Great Plains software
  • Ability to work collaborative with a team
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong Microsoft excel skills
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
