We are looking for an Accounting Coordinator to join one of our clients in NW Portland. This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team in a casual work environment.
 
Primary responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll for approximately 20 employees
  • Accounts Payable - Coding, entering and processing vendor invoices
  • Verification of proper approval for expenses
  • Review and Process employee expense reports
  • A/P filing (paper and scanning) & mailings
  • Creating reports
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience processing payroll
  • Strict attention to accuracy and detail
  • Proficiency using QuickBooks
  • Ability to handle confidential information
