? Daily posting of bills, invoices and returns for sales and services rendered. ? Daily distribution of invoices and credit memos to customers within 24hrs of invoicing through various channels (email, US mail & efax). ? Open and prepare on site mailed checks for deposit and posting. ? Daily posting of incoming payments for various methods ACH, wires, checks, and credit card transactions. ? Perform daily payment applications of ACH, wires, checks, and credit card transactions to the appropriate customer account & invoices. ? Research and resolve all discrepancies and billing issues by checking invoices, credits, payment receipts, etc. ? Resolves all invalid or unauthorized deductions by following. deductions/reimbursement procedures in a timely manner. ? Ability to review customer accounts at the time of application for any missed or partial payments, or customer errors. ? Aid with preparing monthly accounts receivable reporting activity, including analysis of days sales outstanding (DSO) and bad debt reserves. ? Aid in resolving client billing issues and coordinate timely follow ups with Collections to clear up discrepancies.
? Maintenance of physical and electronic record keeping and archiving. ? Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. ? Maintain high level of customer service internally and externally. ? Back fill for Report and Bill invoicing. ? Prepare and maintain various AR reports. ? Perform other Accounting and Finance administrative duties as needed.
