Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring customer account details for non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities
  • Initiate collections on past-due accounts
  • Maintaining an up-to-date billing system
  • Sales Administrative responsibilities
  • Running A/R against balance report and reconciling with G/L books
  • Listen to and handle objections
  • Process payments and update financial records
  • Investigating and resolving customer queries
