Responsibilities:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience using QuickBooks 14.0 is required
• Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
• Perform accounts payable processes
• Process all incoming invoices, check requests, and expense reports
• File check copies with supporting documentation
• Submit authorization requests for expenses reimbursable
• Track all Fund expenses provided by Accounting
• Assist with general ledger accounting including journal entry preparation with appropriate backup
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
