Great opportunity in North East Houston for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team. This position will be responsible for the consolidated analysis and forecasting of financial results. The Senior FP&A Analyst will work with key business partners across the organization to standardize reporting. The role will develop new KPIs and cost allocation measures, and create more meaningful and timely reports that will enable rapid decision-making at all levels of the organization.
 
The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial analysis, building processes, forecasting methods, and managing a high-performance team.  They should also be skilled in communicating financial concepts to a non-financial audience, and managing projects involving stakeholders in multiple departments across the organization.
 
 
Key responsibilities:

  • Own corporate financial performance definitions and insure that they are being used across the organization
  • Build and enhance financial models used to forecast the financial performance of the company, as well as other key business metrics such as ROA, cost, and product line profitability
  • Consolidate and review financial results and operational plans and communicate the results to company leaders
  • Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis for managers
  • Present analysis and recommendations to management
 
 
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or an analytical field
  • Two plus years of relevant experience that demonstrates a knowledge of corporate forecasting process
  • Strong analytic, financial modeling and reporting skills
