Job Description

Great company in a beautiful new office in Orange County, CA needs an Accounting Associate!

The ideal candidate will have both light accounting and administrative experience.

Accounting:

  • Receiving checks and closing out invoices in QuickBooks
  • Adding new clients to QuickBooks
  • Scanning checks and saving in appropriate folder
  • Closing out invoice in Administration 123 platform
  • Calling clients with past due invoices to follow up on payments
  • Emailing past due payment letters
  • Calling clients to verify billing contact
  • Making sure we have all W9's
  • Creating new invoices in both QuickBooks and administration platform on a monthly basis, about 130+ invoices and growing on a monthly basis
 
Clerical:
  • Mailing welcome letters  and stuffing envelopes
  • Stocking refrigerator and making sure we have all necessary office supplies
  • Ordering office supplies on Amazon
  • Assisting me with trade shows: making sure trade show pieces are ready and mailed on time, printing shipping labels, etc..
