Great company in a beautiful new office in Orange County, CA needs an Accounting Associate!
The ideal candidate will have both light accounting and administrative experience.
Receiving checks and closing out invoices in QuickBooks
Adding new clients to QuickBooks
Scanning checks and saving in appropriate folder
Closing out invoice in Administration 123 platform
Calling clients with past due invoices to follow up on payments
Emailing past due payment letters
Calling clients to verify billing contact
Making sure we have all W9’s
Creating new invoices in both QuickBooks and administration platform on a monthly basis, about 130+ invoices and growing on a monthly basis
Mailing welcome letters and stuffing envelopes
Stocking refrigerator and making sure we have all necessary office supplies
Ordering office supplies on Amazon
Assisting me with trade shows: making sure trade show pieces are ready and mailed on time, printing shipping labels, etc..
