Controller for Established Real Estate/Property Management Company.
*Hiring asap for this San Francisco company.

Key responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis
Budgeting and Forecasting
Financial Reporting
Cash Management
Internal Controls and Compliance
Tax Planning and Compliance

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
7+ years of proven experience in a financial leadership role, ideally within the real estate or banking sector.
Strong grasp of GAAP principles and financial reporting requirements.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software-YARDI, AppFolio, or similar accounting platforms is advantageous.

Salary: $120,000-$160,000 depending on experience
