Job Description

Seeking a Payroll Specialist to become an integral long-term member of the Accounting/Finance Team at an established and growing company located in Sacramento, CA. You will be responsible for preparing and distributing monthly and semimonthly payroll for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will work efficiently alone and in a team, and enjoy an upbeat and professional environment.
 

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform daily payroll department operations
  • Ensure all expense reports are reimbursed properly
  • Timecard processing and auditing
  • Manage payroll
  • Reconcile various bank accounts

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Advanced computer proficiency with Excel
and accounting software a plus
• Highly effective analytical skills
• Communication skills, both verbal and
written
• Excellent organization skills with the
ability to multi-task
