Fantastic Opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist job located in the Galleria area of Houston. This is a temp to hire role and will be working a hybrid work schedule. 2 days in office, 3 remote. The role will pay between $22-$25/hour depending on experience. They are looking to interview and start someone ASAP.

Accounts Payable Specialist Job Duties:

Reviewing and processing invoices

Generating payments to vendors

Reconciling vendor statements

Working with purchasing and receiving departments to resolve discrepancies

Contacting vendors to resolve issues

Requirements:

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience

ERP experience required

Good Excel skills(pivot tables, vlookups and formulas)
