We are searching for an Accounts Payable / Staff Accountant in West Palm Beach, Florida. Health benefits and PTO are offered. At this time the role must be on-site, in-office.Great culture, growing team, quick advancement. Located in a great location in West Palm Beach! Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the Accounts Payable processed from start to end
  • QuickBooks entry and maintenance
  • High volume payments, posting processing
  • Use of reporting in excel
  • Set up payment invoices
  • Prepare analysis
  • Check runs
  • Ensure payments are up-to-date
  • Resolve discrepancies

    • Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable full cycle experience
  • QuickBooks preferred
  • Excel experience preferred
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Strong communication
  • Team oriented
