Job Description

Job Title: Controller-Onsite-South Bay

Looking for a Controller to lead financial operations. The Controller will oversee all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage day to day accounting operations.
-Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
-Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
-Coordinate the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.
-Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
-Monitor cash flow, investment activities, and banking relationships.
-Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
-Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $100-$160k based on experience.
