Job Description

Ledgent is currently partnering with a construction company located in Northwest Denver on a temp to hire position for an Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity with a growing company that will convert to permanent quickly for a qualified candidate.

Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist duties include:

• Generate invoices for completed or in-progress work and upload directly to customer portals for payments
• Research and resolution of any invoice issues
• Complete administrative tasks including affidavits, bill of sales, lien waivers, AIA applications, etc.
• Perform collections on assigned projects
• Apply incoming payments to the proper customer accounts

A qualified Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist will possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Construction industry experience
• Experience with managing cusomter portals
• Experience with Lien Waivers
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
