Job Description

General duties:

  • Accounts Receivable invoice and collection: Review contracts, CO, PO's , SOV's and terms for accuracy.
  • Accounts Payable: Review contracts, PO's and terms for accuracy.
  • Maintain Time Clock reports.
  • Process Payroll, using ADP software (certified payroll using LCP Tracker, Dir and others website as needed)
  • Prepare and maintain excel spreadsheets for Sales, Commission and misc. trackers.
  • Prepare monthly budget and variance reports for review.
  • Prepare sales and use tax returns for review.
  • Prepare1099 for review
  • Process Pre-Lien notices and releases
  • Process information and maintains: Insurance certificates, WRAP, OCIP and Audits
  • Assists HR: New hire packets, set-up, training, labor laws and government requirements.
  • Effectively manage tasks and deadlines.

Education and/or Expereince:

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or Bachelors degree OR three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Construction experience and certifications a plus.
  • Must have experience in QB, Excel, Work, and internet programs, experience with filemaker a plus.
