Job Description

Ledgent is currently partnering with a firm located in the DTC on a search for an Accounts Payable Specialist on a temp to hire basis. This position will convert to permanent quickly for a strong candidate and offers excellent benefits! Compensation is competitive and the work environment is great.

Accounts Payable Specialist duties include:

• Proces incoming invoices in compliance with company purchasing policies
• Accurately code accounts payable and monitor paperless routing system
• Verify data accuracy on all invoices
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements
• Respond to vendor inquiries for unpaid invoices
• Research discrepancies in accounting system

The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist will possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of accoutns payable experience
• Experience with ERP/accounting software systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
