Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary to Hire)

Location: Roseville, CA

Pay: $25 - $27 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent role. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, reconciling statements, and assisting with other accounting tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and issues
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role
• Proficiency in large ERP software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $25 - $27 per hr.
