Part-Time Accounts Payable Opportunity in Buckhead!!

Hourly Salary: $21-$23/hr.

This is a fully onsite Role-20-25 hours/week to start

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Process Accounts Payable payments to Vendors via check runs, ACH or online
• Reconciliations of vendor, bank and credit card statements
• Ensure data accuracy in general ledger

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, MS Excel and ERP systems
• Attention to detail
• Self-directed, problem-solving mindset and reliable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong understanding of Accounting process
